Property Address: 3837 Lafayette Ave, Saint Louis, MO 63110 Project Dimensions (8-foot ceilings): 5bed, 2baths, 1,880 Sqft - Master Bedroom: 20 x 10 - Bedroom 2: 12 x 12 - Bedroom 3: 12 x 12 - Bedroom 4: 12 x 12 - Bedroom 5: 12 x 12 - Bathroom 1: 10 x 10 - Bathroom 2: 10 x 10 I am requesting a professional labor estimate for painting the walls and ceilings of these Five bedrooms and two bathrooms, totaling approximately 1,880 Sqf. The walls are currently in good condition, but we would like to change the colors throughout. I have already ordered the paint, which will be delivered to the house shortly. Since I am not currently in Saint Louis, MO, the person in charge of the paint delivery will provide you with access to the property. While you are welcome to visit the house, I believe an initial estimate can be made based on the measurements provided. To ensure this arrangement works for both of us, I propose paying 50% of the labor cost upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Once the payment is settled and the paint has been delivered, we can schedule a time for you to begin. Please provide me with an estimate for the labor so I can proceed with the payment.
